Return & Refund Policy

  • Return and Refund Policy for CashOdar

  • Thank you for shopping at CashOdar. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

  • 1. Returns
  • You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • 2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • 3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).


  • 4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • 5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [Cashodar.Costomer.Care@gmail.com] and send your item to:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • If the return is approved due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
